Hope everyone is safe and well in the world during these crazy times......in this episode Mummy C moonlights as a 'Big Shiny Disco Ball' and we let you all in on why and what she's been getting up to, and in the main vlog after sailing from Milos, we land back on the beautiful Greek island of Ios for some boat-life fun! Josh even gets a chance to show off his impressive swimming skills and Noah does a good job of killing us with cuteness as usual!!

hello everybody welcome to episode six

so you're probably wondering why there

marina when we are locked down and

meals where we were discovering the

island fire and Paris and then we slowly

made our way back to eels

are doing their home schooling which I'm

so as usual Noah's climbing all over the

furniture which he knows he's not

but today is about the change of plans

decided he has found a fishing don't

worry there will be no harms harm to any

animals because you never captures

everything anyway a chance of any

animals be harmed in the making of this

video so now most have gone me and this

oh my gosh I can't believe I forgot the

beer again yes this is becoming a theme

as you could tell but what I really want

to talk to you about today which you'll

see you the beginning in the intro is

why I'm wearing this crazy girl today as

you may know me although I am an IFBB

bikini athlete it's something I've been

doing for a few years now and I

absolutely love it with a passion this

time last year I was actually in the

hospital with fibromyalgia and actually

diagnosed by a little Maya and I didn't

know if I'd ever be able to do this

again and I had big plans to go back to

the UK in April to compete in Nationals

sadly due to knock down that couldn't

happen and obviously our health is

paramount and I'm just really happy that

our family are safe and well and that

everybody else on the island says well

however the IFBB have just released

their first-ever EECOM which means me

and many people around the world get to

do what they love once more via the

powers of the internet so today me and

must have just been filming my secrets

for my entry to the first-ever ifbb

EECOM i'm representing the UK and for me

this is quite a big thing because

obviously I didn't know if I'd ever be

able to compete again and it's been

really hard work getting back to the

strength that I needed to be to be able

to prepare for a competition also it

means a lot to me to raise awareness for

other people with compromised immune

conditions at the moment and there is

prize money but if I win I will be

donating every single penny to a

struggling charity at the moment as my

part to contribute to the current world

situation so if you would like to vote
