I'm off to Lebanon for an entire month

I'm really excited. It's been about eight years

I'm taking you guys along

Exciting eh? Visiting loved ones have some celebrations on the go and I'll be eating and dancing

You get to see it all with me. So follow me as we take on Lebanon

It felt really nice stepping off the airplane and

walking out those airport doors and feeling that hot air. Just hit me

It was really nice seeing my grandmother again I missed her so much

and it felt so good to hit that bed after that long flight over.

The Republic of Lebanon is a small country with 3.7 million inhabitants with its capital being Beirut

It has a long coastline on the eastern shore of the Mediterranean

Sea with its neighbor Syria to the north with Israel to the south

Two very short days after arriving

we got ourselves ready to go to my cousin Nora's wedding. It was spectacular

she was a beautiful bride. In Lebanon we do weddings a little differently. There's a lot of live music

dancing, there's a whole march from the bride's home all the way to the church and afterwards we have this

grand party

We're in Jbeil, me and Judy Hanady and Nathan

Jbeil is

re-emerging as an upscale touristic hub with its ancient port

Phoenician Roman and Crusader ruins sandy beaches and

picturesque mountains that surround it make it an ideal tourist destination

The city is known for it's fish restaurants open-air bars and outdoor calfs

Basin the tree also holds significant religious importance as they are mentioned in the Bible on several occasions

Eventually somebody came and they tried to brush it off me

It crawled up between my legs up around my back down to my ass. And then finally they got it off me

I didn't get bit

I thought I was gonna die

But I don't know you you wouldn't die from one bite of a scorpion or a prick or whatever you would call it

they said the worst case scenario is that

They would just take me to the hospital if it was bad and I just got a shot and everything will be all good

but holy shit, like I started crying my whole body was shaking like
