Sometimes leaving a beautiful location can be somewhat sad, but on this occasion being able to sail alongside good friends, made our departure that bit more bearable. To end up spending two days at the awesome Yacht Classic Marina living it up with them was just amazing. Fethiye on the Southern Turkish coast offers everything we could have wanted, including great food, friendly locals and a town that comes alive at night.
Yacht Classic Hotel/Marina made us extremely welcome, at a very acceptable cost. Eat in their restaurant and the price more than halves for a berth.
We take a trip to the local market, and enjoy the delights of the vibrant town at night, stopping off for a traditional Turkish meal at a local eating house.
We leave our good friends in Fethiye and head up to the tranquil bay of Karacaoren, where we enjoy the resident turtles swimming around the boat. Secured to the restaurant mooring buoy at no cost is great, but only after all the daily trip boats and turtle hunters have gone, before that you could say it’s somewhat hectic!

attached to one of the marinas so we've

ourselves sorted and just waiting there

for our friends cuz they're gonna go in

fresh so that we know where to go as

we've never been

so this is the edgy marina which is the

one next to we're in classic classic

so we're left with 38 and after being on

the jetty of the hotel yacht passage

which is absolutely brilliant beautiful

place five stars from me anyway the

facilities are second to none

the staff are really nice so yeah we've

got a great with some friends mark and

Angelina Roop brilliant they got guests

on board so there's no meal last night

in the restaurant and that was just

amazing this beautiful if you have a

meal in the restaurant you don't pay

quite as much for the pontoon or for the

jetty it goes down to 1660 lira and

overnight but you've got a bio meal

which is fair enough

and you can stay as long as you want to

think it's about 60 euros if you don't

buy a meal so Marcella meal in the

restaurant

so you stopped in this little babe which

has a little Taverna bar restaurant

singing here okay papi Nick over there

tonight and have a drinking sure that'd

be interesting to see how much that cost

she for a beer some of them charge 15

lira for a beer when normally we pay

about eight where we actually live so

they do take a bit of money from you but

you don't mind when they can tie you up

to an anchor boy and you don't pay for

that as extra

or the boat

he thinks if he was upside down earlier

he was on his side
